What is CashPPO™?

CashPPO™ is a medical discount service offered by HealthDataInsights™, an innovative leader in health information and savings.

Is this an insurance program?

No, CashPPO™ is not insurance. We use our volume buying power to negotiate the lowest prices available and the savings are passed on to our members.

Which members of my family can use CashPPO™?

Any member of your immediate family is eligible to use the CashPPO™ savings plan. However, only the member's name appears on the membership card.

If I have a preexisting medical condition, can I be accepted?

Absolutely. There are NO exclusions for preexisting conditions.

Is there an age limit to enroll?

No. There is no age limitation to be a CashPPO™ member and to get savings.

How does the program work?

Simply call Member Services toll-free and we will contact the provider on your behalf. You then schedule your appointment and present your card to your provider and you will receive a discounted rate with your cash payment.

When can I begin to use my benefit?

You can use your benefits as soon as your registration is processed.

When will I receive my enrollment package and ID card?

In approximately 15 working days after enrollment, you will receive your membership card and a member kit describing each of the programs and how to use them. You will be able to use your health care program immediately.

How much of a discount will I be getting?

There are many factors involved in determining the percentage of savings benefit you will receive. These factors generally include the provider you select, the nature of services, your geographic location, and the type of facility where you receive services. Go to our Examples of Savings so you can review your specific area of interest.

Can I use my benefits as often as I want?

Yes. There are no limitations to use of the CashPPO™ savings.

Can I use the plan when I am traveling?

A toll-free customer service number is available to you for on providers throughout the country, or for any other assistance you require in using the program information (see your package).

How do I locate providers?

You can go to our website or call the toll-free number in your package.

Who are the providers?

There are over 400,000 participating healthcare-related providers and more than 45,000 pharmacies nationwide.

What if a provider doesn't accept my card?

We contact your chosen provider on your behalf beforehand to assure that you receive the program rates. However, if a provider does not accept your card, call Member Services from the provider's office before payment and we will handle the problem.

Do I need to activate my card?

No. You are able to use your card as soon as you receive it.

Do I have to file a claim to get the savings?

No. There are no claim forms or other paperwork to file. You immediately receive your savings through the discounted rate.

What is the waiting period?

There is no waiting period. You can use the CashPPO™ program as soon as you receive your card. For example, if you enroll on the 5th day of the month and receive your card on the 15th, you are eligible to use the benefit from the 15th. If you cancel on the 5th day of the month, your benefit remains eligible until the end of that month. So, you make up the difference at the end of the service agreement.

Does CashPPO™ pay my doctor?

No. CashPPO™ is not insurance. It simply provides a discount on products and services for which you are financially responsible.
